This Privacy Policy explains how Fort Comfort Gutters LLC, doing business as Fort Comfort Windows ("Fort Comfort Windows," "we," "us," or "our"), a division of Fort Comfort Services, collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit fortcomfortwindows.com (the "Site"), contact us, or use our services. It also explains your privacy rights and how to exercise them.
By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Policy works together with our Terms and Conditions.
Information you provide to us. When you fill out a form, request a consultation, call, text, or email us, or become a customer, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, home or project address, details about your project, and anything else you choose to share.
Information we collect automatically. When you use the Site, we and our providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site and our ads. We collect this using cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies (see Section 5).
Call information. When you call us or we call you, your call may be tracked and recorded, and we collect information such as the phone number used, the date and time, and the source that led to the call, through third-party call-tracking services.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising and analytics providers, lead sources, and our affiliated Fort Comfort Services brands.

By providing your contact information, you agree that we and those acting for us may contact you about your inquiry and our services by phone, email, and text, including through automated technology where permitted. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of buying anything. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. We share personal information with:
Affiliated Fort Comfort Services brands. We share information among Fort Comfort Windows and other Fort Comfort Services brands and affiliates so we can market relevant products and services to you across our family of home-services brands.
Service providers. Companies that perform services for us, such as website hosting, form processing, analytics, call tracking, communications, and advertising technology. They may only use the information to provide services to us.
Advertising and analytics partners. Providers such as Google that help us measure our advertising and deliver targeted and remarketing ads, including through customer-list audiences built from identifiers such as a hashed email address or phone number (for example, Google Customer Match). See Section 7.
For legal and safety reasons. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights or the safety of others, or prevent fraud or abuse.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case information may be transferred as a business asset.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, some of our sharing for advertising, and among our affiliated brands, may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal data, or "targeted advertising," under the Colorado Privacy Act and similar laws. You can opt out (see Sections 7 and 8).
We use cookies, pixels, tags, device identifiers, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, understand how the Site is used, and support advertising. Some of these are set by third parties such as our analytics and advertising providers.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where we offer one, through the cookie or privacy-choices control on the Site. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
We use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. We use call-tracking services to understand which marketing sources drive calls and to record and review calls for quality and training. These providers process information on our behalf and may set their own cookies or identifiers.
We use personal information, including identifiers and information about your activity on the Site, to show you relevant advertising on other websites, apps, and platforms, and to remarket to people who have visited the Site. We may share identifiers, such as a hashed email address or phone number, with advertising partners such as Google to build and reach audiences. We also share information among our affiliated Fort Comfort Services brands for marketing.
Under the Colorado Privacy Act and similar laws, these activities may be considered "targeted advertising" and a "sale" or "sharing" of personal data. You have the right to opt out. To opt out, use any of the methods in Section 8. We also honor recognized universal opt-out mechanisms, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid opt-out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal data for the browser or device on which it is enabled.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We recognize the Global Privacy Control browser signal. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we disable advertising and remarketing identifiers for that visit. Analytics used to operate and improve the Site are not affected.

How to exercise your rights. Contact us using the details in Section 13, or use the privacy-choices control on the Site where offered. You may also opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP and marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. We honor the Global Privacy Control as described in Section 7.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may ask for proof of authorization.
How we respond. We will respond within the time required by law, generally within 45 days, and may extend that period once when reasonably necessary. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by contacting us using the details in Section 13. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General at coag.gov.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
