Arapahoe County has the widest range of housing in the metro. A 1940s Englewood bungalow and a 2005 Centennial two-story are both here, twenty minutes apart, and they need completely different windows at completely different budgets. That range is exactly why carrying one product line doesn't work in this county.
Englewood, Littleton, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Sheridan, Glendale, Cherry Hills Village, and the Arapahoe County portion of Aurora.
Older Englewood, Sheridan, and north Littleton, 1940s to 1960s. Modest homes with modest openings, frequently still carrying original or first-generation replacement windows. Single-window and partial-house jobs are common here, and so is repair. This is where a company that only sells whole-house replacements is useless to you.
The 1970s and 1980s belt. Central Littleton, older Centennial, and the Aurora neighborhoods inside the county. Builder-grade double-panes at end of seal life. High volume, straightforward, and the most common job we run in this county.
Newer Centennial, Greenwood Village, and Cherry Hills, 1990s forward. Larger homes with larger and more complex openings: bays, bows, transoms, and tall stacked units. Higher ticket, more custom work, and more of the premium and specialty lines.
Arapahoe is the county where the single-line problem shows up most clearly. A captive dealer carrying one premium manufacturer prices themselves out of Englewood entirely. A dealer carrying one budget line can’t serve Greenwood Village credibly.
We quote the house in front of us. If the number is higher than you expected, we can show you what the same project looks like on a different manufacturer, honestly, with the differences explained rather than hidden. Same crew, same install, same workmanship warranty.
Arapahoe County handles unincorporated areas, and Englewood, Littleton, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Sheridan, and Aurora each run their own building departments. We're licensed to pull what's needed and we handle it as part of the job.
We do small jobs. One window, two windows, a repair. Most companies in this market won’t quote it, which leaves a lot of Englewood and Sheridan homeowners with nowhere to call.
Five manufacturers, not one. This county has too much price range for a single catalog to serve honestly.
Itemized pricing. Priced per window, so you can see where the money goes and adjust scope instead of guessing.
We can source dozens of manufacturers. These are the five we know cold.
Manufacturer names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
Being independent means we can match the window to your house rather than your house to a catalog. Compare the brands we install, and if something is failing rather than finished, see what we can repair instead of replace.
No four-hour pitch, no price that expires tonight. We'll walk your house, show you what's actually failing, and give you real options at real price points.
