Version date: August 6, 2026
Issued by Fort Comfort Windows, a division of Fort Comfort Gutters LLC ("Fort Comfort Windows," "we," "us," "our"). The warranty period runs from the original installation date of your project.
Installation of your window and/or door replacement by Fort Comfort Windows is warranted for a period of two (2) years from the original installation date. During this period, should your replacement window or door fail to perform according to our specifications due to improper original installation, we will bring the workmanship up to our professional standards, at no cost to you.
This limited warranty on installation does not extend to labor or services performed by anyone other than the original Fort Comfort Windows installer or another contractor authorized by Fort Comfort Windows, nor to the installation or repair of any finishing or other materials that have been applied to or adjacent to the product after the initial installation.
This warranty may be transferred one time to a subsequent owner of the home if the home is sold during the two-year period. To transfer it, the new owner must notify us in writing at hello@fortcomfortwindows.com within thirty (30) days of the sale. The warranty then continues for the remainder of the original two-year term only and does not restart.
The windows and doors themselves, and any additional products installed with your project, carry the warranty provided by their manufacturer (for example, Sierra Pacific, ProVia, Milgard, or Pella). Those manufacturer product warranties are separate from this installation workmanship warranty, are provided directly by the manufacturer according to their own terms, and cover the product itself, such as frames, glass seals, and hardware. If you have a product issue, we will help you connect with the manufacturer to make a claim.
This warranty does not cover:
Contact us within the warranty period at (720) 351-4292 or hello@fortcomfortwindows.com and describe the issue. We may schedule an inspection to confirm the cause. If the issue is covered, we will correct the installation workmanship as described above.
This is a limited warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our sole obligation is to correct covered installation workmanship, and we are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or other damages. This warranty does not affect the separate manufacturer product warranties, is part of and subject to your signed installation agreement with Fort Comfort Windows, and is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
